Connecting
The first step is to connect. We believe that the cornerstone of successful therapy is the client-therapist relationship, so it's key that we get to know you and what you're going through.
Listening
Next, it's all about listening. The critical thing to remember here is that, as your therapist, our job is to listen to hear, rather than listening to respond. We want to help you discern where you are, and where you want to go.
Helping
Finally, we walk alongside you on your journey towards the place you want to go and the person you want to be. We help uncover the skills you need to get there, and we encourage you along the way.
